Choclate Almond Muffin
Choclate Chips Muffin
The Texture
Lunch tadi balik umah.... arini terpaksa mengorbankan waktu tido tgh hari sebab nak sgt try buat muffin.. skali try terus buat 2 flavaour... resepi muffin ni ambik drp fp mamafami & ida... Thanks for sharing the recipe... bonda makan 2 biji je..yg lain semua bawak p ofis..

(bonda buat setengah adunan je.. dpt 12 biji..)

Ingredients :
4 eggs
2 cups light brown sugar
3 cups self raising flour
1 cup ground almond
1 cup chocolate rice
1/2 cup fresh milk
1 cup margerine~ melted
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method :

1. Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
2. Beat eggs and sugar till fluffy. I used my mixer to do the job.
3. Add in dry ingredients gradually. Use wooden spatula.
4. Add in milk, vanilla essence and melted butter alternately.
5. Fold in chocolate rice and mix well.
6. Scoop a bit of mixture into the muffin tray lined with paper cups till 2/3 full.
7. Sprinkle with diced almond.
8. Bake at 170 C for 20 minutes or till done.


125 g butter
100 g sugar
150 g self-raising flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
25 g dark chocolate ~ melted using double boiler or microwave
chocolate chips

Method :
1. Mix butter, sugar, egg, cocoa powder and flour in a mixer, then add in the melted chocolate and chocolate chips.
2. Spoon into paper cups and sprinkle more chocolate chips on top.
3. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes on 175 degrees celcius
